Terms and Conditions

1. Using the platform

Innotech Talent Connect connects Academy graduates and other approved talent with employers. By creating an account, using a workspace, or submitting information, you agree to use the platform lawfully and provide information that is accurate, current, and not misleading.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. Notify the platform administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or restrict an account where its use creates a security, legal, or operational risk.

3. Talent profiles and opportunities

Talent are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, skills, portfolio, documents, availability, and application materials. Match scores are recommendations generated from job and profile information; they do not guarantee an interview, selection, placement, employment, compensation, or outcome.

4. Employer responsibilities

Employers must provide accurate company, vacancy, interview, selection, placement, and payment information. Employers may use candidate information only for legitimate recruitment, placement, onboarding, evaluation, and related workforce administration activities. Candidate information must not be sold, shared without authorization, or used for unrelated marketing.

5. Verification and platform decisions

The platform may review submitted documents and organization information, request clarification, approve, reject, suspend, or change verification status. Verification indicates that the submitted information has met the platform's review requirements; it is not a guarantee of performance, suitability, or business outcome.

6. Content and conduct

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, discriminatory, or confidential material that you are not authorized to share. Do not interfere with the platform, attempt to access another account, scrape data, or bypass access controls. We may remove content or restrict access where necessary to protect users or the platform.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. Questions about these Terms can be directed to the Innotech Talent Connect administrator.
