We collect account details, contact information, talent profiles, skills, education and assessment information, portfolio materials, verification documents, employer organization details, vacancies, applications, interview records, placement records, evaluations, payment-related records, messages, and notification preferences. We also process basic technical information needed to secure and operate the service.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts, verify profiles and employers, match talent with vacancies, enable recruitment and placement workflows, provide notifications, process payments and records, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and improve the platform.

3. Who can access information

Access is role-based. Authorized administrators can access information needed for platform management and verification. Verified employers can access candidate information needed to consider applicants and manage their own recruitment and placement workflows. Talent can access and manage their own profile and related records. We do not sell personal information.

4. Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared with authorized employers and talent where necessary for a vacancy, application, interview, selection, placement, or related activity. We may also use trusted service providers to host the platform, store files, deliver email, or process services on our behalf, subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, including authenticated access, role controls, and restricted document access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain records for as long as necessary for the platform's operations, legal obligations, dispute handling, and legitimate administrative purposes.

6. Your choices

You may request correction of inaccurate account or profile information through your workspace or the platform administrator. Requests for access, deletion, restriction, or objection will be assessed in line with applicable law and the records we are required to retain.
